Security Records

Any records that are kept relating to security issues must always be accurate , complete and up to date. These records may be needed for use by the business management in devising security procedures, by the police in conducting enquires and prosecutions and by insurance companies in order to carry out their administrative processes.

Records do not have to be overly long or complicated, they simply need to be clear, concise and accurate
