Understanding the reporting structure

Most organisations have some sort of personnel structure within them and it is important to recognise the correct person to report problems or issues to.

Knowing who you report to in the event of an incident is vital to the smooth and safe running of a workplace. Also being able to identify more serious incidences is important. It is also essential to understand who, for example, to report to if someone gets hurt on the premises.
